How to Put On a Compression Socks?
Step 1: Reach into the sock and grab the heels of it
Step 2: Turn the upper half of the sock inside out
Step 3: Pull the socks up to the heel
Step 4: Pull the top of the sock over the middle of the foot, then pull the rest of the sock up your lower leg
Step 5: Check the stockings fits properly
